He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing—in and out in about 30 minutes. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about delivering quality service, not just rushing through a late-night call. In a stressful situation, Johnny made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever!! My technician was running late for my appointment, so I called the customer support, hoping to get an ETA. I was shocked how rude and inpatient their representatives are!! Not only did I not get the information I needed (that was fine, I understand it’s hard to track down the team in the field), I was also spoken to with this horrible attitude and got hung up on after I called him out. I reported this incident and got transferred to a ‘manager’, at first he appeared nice and understanding, shortly after I told him I want to cancel the appointment and request an apology from the representative who I spoke with, he simply brushed me off and told me he cannot have his team apologize. Leo came right on time as app indicated. Asked if I wanted him to put on shoe booties which I greatly appreciated before entering my home. Quickly assessed my clogged toilet and fixed problem within minutes. Thank you for saving our day as I have a 13 year old daughter and only 1 bedroom! Worth every penny. And he left me pipe shield preventative treatment for other drains.
