Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We scheduled an emergency service call Sunday afternoon and the call representatives made sure we had a service tech within the hour. Our service technician was Joshua. He was incredibly kind, personable and extremely thorough, addressing our situation while keeping our budget in mind. He stayed well beyond his scheduled time to ensure that our plumbing was running efficiently which was vastly different from previous experiences. He made an incredibly stressful situation so much more bearable and my husband and I are so grateful!! Thank you Joshua and the team at roto rooter!

My septic backed up into the basement on a Sunday morning. I called and they answered right away with no issue and had someone out to my house within 2 hours. I was impressed with the customer service. Mike came out to my house and cleared the pipe to my septic. He was such a nice guy explaining everything along the way. Was it pricey, yes but it was Sunday and they came out right away. I was impressed with Mike’s knowledge and kindness. He was very honest about everything.

Technician was courtesy, knowledgeable, skilled and resolved our issue. He was also very neat a cleaned up better than before he started. Great Job!

Generally fast response. Nice kid. Didn’t want to go in the crawlspace so tried to assess blockage and clog from bathroom. My only complaint is there is no discussion of cost until the tech is actually onsite and then you get hit with if we do this the cost is $xxxx. Do you want us to proceed? I’d order to know the potential range when I scheduled the service.

Mike the plumber came out to assess a situation and give us options for a fix. He was kind, informative, and understanding as we have a condo and it is a shared issue, so it is not just us but our neighbor involved as well. He explained things throughly, gave multiple options for fixes and also noticed things we were unaware of. We highly recommend Mike!
