Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter thanks to their technician, Alex. He was extremely helpful, honest, and professional throughout the entire process of replacing my water heater. Alex explained everything clearly, kept the work area very clean, and made sure the job was done right. What I appreciated most was that he offered me a fair, great price and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary products or services. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is straightforward and truly looks out for the customer’s best interest. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter—and especially Alex—if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I would definitely recommend getting services with this company. I was able to have a plumber come out within an hour to fix a leaking pipe/hose bib. Alex was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Alex gave me great service and advice! I would recommend him to anyone who needed a helping hand.

Alex (1273) was great. I had a 14 yr old water heater that finally went down and I needed a new one. Alex made sure things were to code, explained how to do annual maintenance, and was overall very knowledgeable. He had very good communication, gave me an out-the-door price with a clear breakdown on costs, was on time, and even went the extra mile in cleaning out the closet space where my waterheater is located - giving me confidence in his work ethic. He told me any review is helpful, even bad ones, so I appreciate that. Props to Alex for the quick turn-around on installing a new water heater!
