Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Long story short… why would you call any company other than Roto-Rooter? Sid was on top of the sewer backup problem even before Douglas had finished the repairs and cleanup! Douglas had mentioned that someone from repairs would be around to assess the “yuck” issues after the sewer backed up into the toilet and tub… Douglas was finishing up and Sid was emerging from the crawl space with good news that there did not appear to be any damage! Yippie for small favors. I didn’t even know that Sid had arrived on the scene as it was a seamless operation on Roto-Rooters part. One call to Roto-Rooter and they had everyone lined up to tackle the issue! Wow… just WOW! Sid showed me the moisture meter readings from the water overflow and offered Roto-Rooter Clean up and sanitizing services. He mentione

I was notified that we had a sewer back up and called in at about 8:41 PM and spoke to Jojo. He was very nice, looked up our account and said he would get us on the schedule. He advised that it would be about an hour for them to get here. Bryan called about 45 minutes later and advised he was here! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He cleared out the line quickly and cleaned up out there! He did come to the door to advise me that he had fixed our problem! His Customer Service is amazing! Shortly after he left, I received a call from Jackson offering services to come and clean up. I have to say that Roto Rooter has definitely won my confidence back! This has been a great experience! Thank you for making this task so easy!

When genuine people come to service ur problems it makes it easier to understand the problem....ILia Dzotsenidze showed up he was so pro he got started included me in I felt like seriously I made a great decision......
