We’ve used Roy Lomas on 2 separate occasions for 2 different properties and have had great experiences both times from start to finish. On our first property, the now 5 year old flooring has aged extremely well with no installation or other issues noted to date. On our 2nd property, they were able to match the exact size and color of 20 year old hardwood to replace the carpet in adjacent rooms with new hardwood. The installation both times was timely and efficient. Great communication and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Roy Lomas Carpets & Hardwood and would not hesitate to use them again!

We had a great experience with Roy Lomas! Pattie helped us out in the showroom and helped us choose the right carpeting for our upstairs. The process was quick and easy. We were able to sign the contract electronically and pay over the phone which was so helpful. Scheduling the measurement appointment was quick and easy as well. The delivery only took about a week from the factory to Roy Lomas and then we were able to have our carpets installed the following week. The installers were on time (a few minutes early, in fact!) and were able to complete the job in about four hours. They were respectful of our home and they did a wonderful job with installation.
