Elias, who say's he the owner, is by far the worst business person to deal with. He came to the house to quote a fence installation. Said he would send the estimate in a few days. That was a month ago. When I call him, he always has an excuse as to why he hasn't sent the estimate. Call #1. I was away, traveling. Call #2. The person that does his estimate must have forgotten. Call #3. I said, "if you don't want t he job, just let me know" He said "I will have that to you tomorrow". Heard nothing from him. This is a 12 to 15 K fence job that's located in an easy to install location. Clearly the guy is unreliable. He also told me he does work for Chester County Fence Co?
