In January, I had RTI Services build a deck for me. TJ gave me 3-D drawings on what the deck would look like before they started the job. His crew did an amazing job, the deck looks beautiful just like the drawings.They cleaned up the area and kept me informed every day. Best of all the price was competitive. I would definitely recommend RTI services. Great job Noah and the crew that built it.

These guys are fantastic. They were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The first thing I would say is don’t be bothered that they say they cost a little more because they pay their guys more to retain good people. In the long run, I’m quite sure they saved us money because of how fast they worked. They take care of virtually everything if you want them to as well. RTI built us a beautiful and very strong deck (we have enormous evergreens surrounding our deck, so this was a big comfort to us). They also installed an under deck drainage system that as a Washingtonian makes me very happy to have a dry space under the deck. I used RTI Services to replace my 20 year old deck that was falling apart with a new composite deck. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my options and helped me select a great fit for our house for a reasonable price. The RTI crew did a professional job of getting rid of the old deck and building a beautiful new deck quickly. We first used RTI in 2017 to install an epoxy floor in our garage. Their pricing was fair and their customer service was great. Our floor looks like new to this day. In 2020 we replaced our deck. Their workmanship is very good. Since then two of our neighbors have also had their decks replaced by them. Their customer support is excellent. If you need your deck replaced don’t hesitate to call them, you won’t be disappointed.

We decided on a new deck, and received three quotes. By far, the most organized and professional was the quote by RTI Services. They even provided a 3-D image of how the deck would look once completed, which helped us understand how it would look on the house. They dealt with all the city permitting, and kept us posted every step of the way. Once the project started, they were respectful of our property and kept the site clean and uncluttered. When an unrelated plumbing leak was discovered in a wall, they were able to work around the other contractor who was addressing that issue - keeping the deck progressing.
