This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Their crews clean up well each day and do their best to disrupt our routine as little as possible. We have also appreciated that we can select and purchase materials on our own, but still rely on Ryan and Selwa for recommendations and design advice. We have been delighted with our finished bathrooms and look forward to working with Ryan Reph Remodeling again in the future.

Ryan Reph completed a kitchen remodel in our townhome in November 2023. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the work they completed! We mainly communicated with Michael, who gave the initial estimate and assisted with materials purchases. He was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions we had about the project. For materials, we were able to get what we wanted more or less in budget based on their guidance. Michael and the work crew were always very prompt and courteous, making the renovation process as minimally intrusive as possible. Along the way we encountered some additional unanticipated fixes, but Michael helped us figure those out with minimal impact to schedule and budget. Ryan Reph Remodeling recently completed a complete remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and installing a supportive beam. We are extremely pleased with the result - it looks fabulous! In addition, Michael, Antonio, Rita and the others at Ryan Reph were the most courteous, skillful and professional contracting team we have yet worked with. Their pricing was also very fair. We would gladly recommend Ryan Reph to anyone looking for an excellent remodeling contractor.

Please note that this review is only based on the design and consultation steps of a bathroom renovation we tried to do with Ryan Reph Remodeling. We contacted Selwa Reph to come to our house and start the process for giving us an estimate to renovate a 10'x12' bathroom. While discussing what we wanted, I pointed out that because it will be the most used bathroom in the house, we want it to be more than just a basic job and were willing to spend some money to use higher-end materials and to please reflect that in the price estimates for the contract. I asked the same of her that I did the other companies who came in....please don't quote us the lowest price estimate for materials....we're not buying plain white tile from Home Depot, so please estimate for midrange materials so if we hav

9/2024 - Ryan Reph Remodeling did a superb job on our master bath renovation project. Michael Uruena Montoya (owner) has an excellent team of product suppliers along with his skilled staff for plumbing, structural, electrical, tile work, etc. His sub, CL Glass Works did excellent work on the shower glass installation. Aside from some product selections we made, the project came in within the contract budget – and was completed to meet schedule requirements. Overall, we are very pleased with the work. Reph Remodeling is highly recommended. 2018 - Reph Remodeling just completed a kitchen renovation for us.
