I signed a contract with Jose Rubio, S-unlimited, LLC for a screen porch for a very high price, I did the Mistake, you don't do it, he is very nice at signing then everything changes, uses cheap material and labor, none of the workers are qualified or licensed. and he begs you everyday for more money. He doesn't answer calls, once he gets the check he tells you do whatever you want in am not going to do anything, no warranty. please don't get scammed like me. I will post everywhere my review, file a suit at the court and file a complain with BBB. will see what is going to happen but I will not stop.

Jose just built us a new deck and we LOVE it! He did a great job. He helped us get everything approved with our HOA, got the work done quickly, and left us with a beautiful deck! He was very responsive and answered phone calls and text messages quickly. All of the guys that came out to work were friendly and professional. We had a great experience with everyone!

Jose did not complete work in a timely manner... Would not return the many phone calls nor respond to numerous text messages. Had various people working the job. Finally inspection of completed work, I found debris in my trees, nails all over, debris in my yard areas. I paid remaining balance. Then 3days later there was water in my garage from a leak in the garage roofing. Drywall fell onto the floor. He came back fixed the leak, said he would return in a few days to repair drywall..... we gave up after a month, when he did not return, nor did he return phone calls nor text messages. Buyer beware of this contractor.

BEWARE: Won't answer phone calls, Took the money and ran...I am currently involved with US Office Attorney General seeking other discrepancies with company....BBB never heard of them

I would stay away, extremely extremely unresponsive and noncommittal. Makes appointments and then doesn’t keep them. I personally wouldn’t recommend.
