These guys are amazing! We have been using them for 4 years now and they have always been Great to work with. Great customer service over the phone to great customer service at your house! We had 2 toilets not working and they put us to the top of the list for service. Stacey came out and fixed the septic problem! She is awesome! Thank you guys for everything!

Jason, Stephanie and the whole gang have been great to work with. After attempting to repair my existing system, we decided to just upgrade to a larger one. Jason worked with us through the whole process and made it as painless as possible. During and after the install we experienced quite a bit of rain which led to settling and washout. Jason delivered extra topsoil and made it as smooth as could be. The system works great!

I feel very badly for anyone who unknowingly has their septic installed in a new home by S&A. It's who our builder chose and I can't think of a more perfect example of bad business/terrible customer service. They don't return calls, don't honor warranty work and "no show" appointments. If I could give negative stars, I would.

You will not go wrong choosing S & A Backhoe. Omg, they have been so incredible to work with. Jason is amazing. He stuck with us through 2 ventilation issues in our older home and helped us get it resolved when he definitely didn't have to - when it didn't have anything to do with our new septic system - they were plumbing problems. But he sent a plumber that he trusts to us who quickly solved our problems! We trust him explicitly. He will promptly call you back - he will do exactly what he says he will, and more! He is running an outstanding company and you won't regret giving him a call!
