What a great company! We have used Safeguard for pool heater repairs for many years and then last year we bought a new pool heater from them. They are truly an excellent company. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Cameron and the crew...highly professional. Our pool company connected our heater incorrectly and when I called Safeguard, they came & fixed the issue the next day, during their busiest week of the year. Their knowledge in their field is second to none. If you need a new pool heater or need repairs done, they are the company to call!

I have been a customer of Safeguard Gas Heat last five years. It is hard to find a company today that operates with a high degree of integrity and technical expertise. Safeguard does that routinely . Their technicians are prompt, knowledgeable and skillful. When my pool heater developed a problem, with a lot of complicating issues, they quickly diagnosed the problem, secured the needed part and had it up and running within days. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Businesses that put their customers first are rare these days. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and when a major issue occurred with my heater not only did they stand behind their product but went above and beyond to fix the problem rapidly ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. I had called for Service On A Swimming pool Heat Pump,which they don't service BUT: The Gentleman Was Nice Enough To Call Me Back And Give Me Some Direction To Get It Repaired...
