Salt Run Outdoor

We were supposed to have a 9am appointment with Salt Run. It's 9:20 and nobody showed up. I finally reached someone on the phone and they became irate that I called to see where they were as he apparently had hip surgery yesterday. This would have been nice to know ahead of time as I changed my schedule around to be here, however, based on his extremely poor and unprofessional demeanor, even with surgery (and I truly wish him a speedy recovery), I cannot recommend this company. He should spend his recovery time reading customer service manuals and anger management books, or simply not set the appointment in the first place if he knows that he is having surgery and cannot make the appointment.
