We had a pretty good experience with them in the past so decided to try again with our recent heating woes. Called on a Friday and they were able to come out the following day. They replaced our expansion tank but they left us with a leaky valve that they didn't have a replacement for. We were told they'd order the replacement and that we could use our heat in the meantime but that lasted about 4 hrs. With subzero windchills, our house was about 44 degrees inside! So we called Tuesday to check on the status of our part and were told someone would be in touch. By Thursday, was fed up and ended up finding a replacement part at Menards in Warren. Awesome experience with these guys! Our furnace burnt out and they got us a new one installed same day. They worked with me as much as possible. Very courteous and knowledgeable, I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you for the help and I definitely recommend to anyone out there with heating or cooling problems!

My AC compressor stopped working & I no longer had any central air working throughout my home. I came across Kyle & Jaime on Google, they scheduled my appointment for Tuesday 6/24 around 10am. They arrived on time & provided prompt service in under 30 minutes. Great service! My contactor and capacitor went on my ac compressor. Kyle was at my house within a half hour of service call and diagnosed issue. Fixed my compressor, charged up my freon, and we are all back up and running! Appreciate the fast professional service! Would recommend!!!!
