Sandusky Shades Window Tinting

I took my car and Chris did a phenomenal job. Even tho my battery died while he had my car. I bought new battery and took up there. He replaced it for me. He went above and beyond the service I paid for. You talk about an amazing experience. This guy was great! Highly recommended this place. 10 out of 10!!!

The service was great! I called to inquire on prices and he got back to me within a couple hours and answered all the questions i had. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and the process took no more than 2 hours. I’ve had my tint for a week and I love it! Overall, a very good experience!

Honestly didn't have a good experience with this place I really wish I would've went somewhere else. The tint wasn't installed correctly and in multiple spots it is messed up. I high suggest not wasting 3-400 dollars on this just go somewhere else. There's bubbles everywhere on the tint and on the back window the tint goes over the window and its really messed up. When I told Chris about the tint he just said bring it tomorrow at noon not asking me when works for me or when I would be available. Horrible experience would never take any car here ever again.

Terrible experience with tinting my car. Almost every window had bubbling or something trapped between the window and film. The front window visor had excess tint that wasn't trimmed off. Owner refused a refund unless a second attempt was made. Second attempt was scheduled and was worse. He damaged the defrost gird lines on my back window. Multiple professionals have told me there is no way to repair the grid lines, I would have to replace the entire window. I attempted to contact the owner using the number listed, which is also the number he called me from, and got no answer. I left a voicemail with my name, car, phone number, and request for return phone call. Never heard back from him. Everyone who looks at my back window comments on how terrible it looks.

Customer service was second to none! I called that morning and he got me in the same afternoon and did an incredible job. Highly recommend.
