Sante Builders Reconstruction

Sante was recommended to us by our insurance company when we sustained a leak from our kitchen sink. Our experience with Sante from start to finish was great. Everyone we met or spoke to was extremely nice and respectful. Willie and his team did a wonderful job with our kitchen rebuild. The work was done quickly and beautifully. Our Project manager Pete helped make such a stressful situation a much easier process. When issues arose during the rebuild, the communication and problem-solving was top-notch. We have plans to redo our deck next year and will definitely give Sante a call.

We had a pipe burst on thanksgiving morning and worked with Sante Builders for the reconstruction of the kitchen, basement spaces, and bathroom. Needless to say, I love the outcome so much. We worked with Willie and his partner, our project manager Shane and Rick. Willie was just awesome, very professional, very insightful and provided great communication and clarity through it all, from start to finish. So much experience in the field. He would arrive and get straight to work all through the very end. We would highly recommend Sante for reconstruction work to our family and friends. The nightmare had a happy ending!

I can not say enough great things about our experience with Sante Builders. We have little experience with contractors and were not planning any work. We had a flood in the house which required major work in the kitchen (tearing up and replacing floors and we then added taking down a load bearing wall). They were amazing. Peter DeMaria, the Project Manager was extremely communicative, and often came to the house to check on the project. He always sent a text to make sure we would be home and available. We recently had Sante Builders renovate our finished basement which sustained damage due to a pipe leak. Pete, Steve and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make our basement look great. We are very happy with their work.
