Santowasso’s - Total Property Development

Santawasso"s does excellent work at a good price. I have been using them for a few years now. I have had everything done from general landscaping to gutter cleaning. All plants are of great quality that we have had planted and are warranted. Jose is awesome!

Santowasso's workers, especially Jose, are all excellent workers. However Brett Santowasso, the owner, is far from being customer-focused. When Brett's workers misplaced my payment which was mailed and delivered before the due date stated on the invoice, Brett accused me of not paying. Other checks mailed at the same time were being cashed, but not Santowasso's check. When I confronted Brett, my check was suddenly cashed. No apology was offered to me by Brett. Instead he told me to hire a local kid for "my small jobs." After all these years using Santowasso's, Brett dumps me as his customer. Sad. Do not hire Santowasso's. I do not recommend Santowasso's.

We’ve been satisfied customers of Santowasso’s for several years. Their spring cleanup leaves our yard looking terrific. They can handle all types of jobs, big or small.
