Sawhorse Home Remodeling

It was a pleasure working with Kurt Simmerman of Sawhorse Remodeling to renovate a large area into a beautiful Master bathroom and combine 2 rooms into a single extra bedroom. The workmanship was excellent due to a great design and the team of sub-contractors he works with. He was very responsive and accessible throughout the process planning needed materials, making adjustments as needed and communicating clearly and in a timely way and changes and/or delays. He was also able to complete the work in a tight time frame despite working around summer holidays for his crew. I recommend him and his team highly.

I own a flooring business in Colorado and have worked directly with Kurt, the owner, several times over the last year or so. Kurt is very detail-oriented, careful, and knowledgeable. Kurt and his team remodeled our primary bathroom, and did a great job. They were easy to work with, started and finished in alignment with the proposed schedule, had good design suggestions, did quality work, worked in a very clean manner and completed the project on budget. Sawhorse did a complete remodel of a condo in Denver. The unit was pretty much gutted and rebuilt . All work was done beautifully. The project was not easy as in a building with one small elevator and contractors had to come in through the garage under the building. The bathroom included changing tub to shower as well as all new everything even changing a wall. The kitchen was moved out and soffit re configured. Carpet and old tile flooring changed to hardwood and new bathroom tile flooring. the plumbing included adding cut off valves and full size washer and dryer. Kurt is a master at what he does. Several 'problems' were analyzed and Kurt had the perfect solution each time. Kurt was wonderful to work with .... he is a professional, good natured, responsive, talented craftsman .
