Schenectady Floor Covering

I had an outstanding experience with this flooring store from start to finish. The showroom was clean, well-organized, and full of beautiful options at competitive prices. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the perfect flooring for my home. Installation was quick and professional, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service!

Buyer Beware - use a different flooring company. Stopped in there to basically plead that the company stand by their work and fix the defective flooring they put in my 1.5 year old residence. Notified them three months after moving into our new home of issues and was told "home needed to settle, but they stand behind their work". Fast forward to many emails to this company and the builder expressing that the floor issues have not only persisted but have gotten worse. They creak and squeak loudly, the planks (LVP) are separating from each other in spots, they crackle in areas like you are walking on bubble wrap. The person who they sent out to speak with me either was the supervisor/manager or maybe owner but regardless was condescending, rude and could care less, had no intention

We had a great experience with Schenectady Floor Covering. They replaced all of the carpet in our home and replaced the ceramic tiles around our fireplace. They were always prompt and professional, on time, and left no mess when they left. The sales staff at the store was very knowledgeable and offered a few suggestions that really helped us make the right choice in materials. I highly recommend them.

We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.

Great service. Tom has been very helpful in my carpet journey including responding quickly to my questions on email. I can't assess the price as we aren't at that point as of yet. Measuring soon. Local business with carpet in USA.
