We contracted with Schwegler & Co. Construction for repairs and updates when the lower level of our house was flooded from a major rainstorm. The project included drywall and insulation repair and replacement, new floors, upgraded lighting, and installation of new doors, moulding, trim, bathroom exhaust fan, and bathroom vanity. Derek worked with his team to develop a detailed scope of work, and helped us finalize the design elements of the project. We couldn't be happier with the results! The finished rooms look fabulous!
