We called Randall and he came out the next day and bid the job. He was very professional and caring. His crew showed up the next week and they installed our septic tanks and laid the lines. This company , his owner Scott offers no customer service . I hired their services to install an aerobic system. Few days after the installation I reached out to Him because it looked like it needed more soil/ dirt because it sank. I called him and he literally cussed me out . I reached out again for issues with the sprinklers . I called David, who he told me at time of install to call for any maintenance issues and he will do the 2 years maintenance after the install.David told me he will come in a few months when is due for maintenance and he advised me to call Scott if there are any initial issues . I did call him and no response. After you spend thousands of $ thats not what you should expect. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company if thats the customer servic
