I cannot recommend working with this contractor based on my experience. Payment for completed subcontracted services was not handled in a timely or reliable manner, with repeated claims that funds had not yet been received from the client. Subcontractors should not be expected to assume the financial risk of a project. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this contractor to ensure that clear written agreements and secure payment terms are established before starting any work

We met Todd the owner thru a mutual friend that recommended him and we started working together in July of 2024. We bought a 2000 square foot condo and basically took it down to the studs with Seaboard and then rebuilt it. The management was timely and attentive and addressed all of the issues that arose. I would highly recommend Seaboard for any new construction and renovation projects. They are honest, fair and extremely easy to work with. I would absolute work with them again on any of my future projects

Todd and his team did an excellent job with a restoration/remodel of a bathroom, laundry room, dining area, hallway, and bedroom/walk-in closet after suffering water damage. Todd was able to meet with us the day we called and that same evening emailed us a reasonable & detailed quote for the work we wanted performed. From flooring to plumbing, tile, paint, and trim, all work was performed professionally. Will definitely hire again for future remodels!

Todd and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our vacation home after a house fire. They went above and beyond what they had to do, did some extras, and all finished by the promised date. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to work with but Seaboard was very patient and helped me along the way. Would definitely hire them again for any future work needed!
