I’ve been trying to get a cost estimate and it seems ridiculously shrouded in mystery. How much to dump 1 ton of home remodeling debris? You can’t post some simple rates as a ball park? What are you selling!? How much will that cost me!? Unbelievable. Ya’ll treat individual residents terribly and just cater to the big industrial waste customers. And then you want all kinds a leeway and breaks from the county. I’m sick of it.

Employees are rude and nasty. Information is vague Had been trying to dump some household products Each time was told something different. Clearly don’t want you dumping as the rules consistently change.

Since they've switched over to the big trash containers and cut down on employees, service has been horrible. I have had a pile of heavy trash for a month in my yard now. Was told that they pick up on Wednesdays for this. Angleton City Hall put in a work order, andalso spoke with the actual waste connections office. I was told that they were catching up and there's was no guarantee they could pick my trash up... Really? What are we paying for???

I live on bastrop bayou and can’t walk outside to walk tonight, Aug 24, 2021; because of the stench that is so bad. It hasn’t always been this bad so someone must not be not doing their job for the last 4 or 5 months. Can’t even hardly ski or fish on bayou without wanting to toss your cookies!
