Sears Appliance Repair

For my first appointment Richard diagnosed the problem and order a replacement part. He was fast and friendly. For the next 3 appointments to install the replacement part - no one ever showed up - my wait time was 32hours for those 3 appointments. Todays appointment was obtained through customer service after I complained about 3 "no shows," everything went well and the tech was very efficient and pleasant. I won't know if the problem is fixed until tomorrow. The service isn't overpriced as stated below, but the part seemed very expensive. In any event, I thought Richard did a great job and was very conscientios.

Awesome Service! Will definitely use them next time! Fixed my out of warranty stove in 20 minutes and only $139. Didn't have to wait all day either. Got here about 10:20am. I like the text updates and the ability to track by time. Very helpful.

This company is a scam. Like previous reviews note, there is no actual human to talk to. It is 'AI' only, and a poor version at that. Also, the tech is not actually in Coldwater. Don't be fooled by a local business address. I contacted this company for an appliance repair for my refrigerator. They came out once. I was told it would be a $750 repair, but the repair technician didn’t have the part so they would have to come out the following week. Payment was required at the time of service for parts and labor. They originally scheduled for Tuesday, 9/23/25. They cancelled. I rescheduled for Thursday, 9/25/25 and despite having a 9-hr window of time to show, the person never showed and a service tech sent a message at 5:20 pm saying they rescheduled for first available spot on Friday, 9/26/2

Jacob was on time and thorough. He explained things well. He was very courteous and competent.

No office in Coldwater. No humans to speak to. Repair person couldn't work with our warranty. Didn't get any help for our LG refrigerator just lost days waiting for nothing.
