Sears Appliance Repair

Alberto was professional, polite, on time. He diagnosed the problem, submitted supporting documentation and received authorization from FAHW to order parts. When the parts arrived he came back to repair the refrigerator the next day. He replaced the compressor, drier, and a valve. He spent less than 2 hours on the repair and the results are wonderful. The refrigerator is cooling properly and very quiet. 10 stars!

I don’t think it was the tech’s fault as much as it was Sears’. There are so many liability policies and restrictions in place that it limits what the technician can actually do. When you have to sign release forms just for them to slide out an ice maker, it shows how excessive the regulations are. It feels like the technician is more worried about violating a policy than simply doing the job. So I hope these stars don’t affect the tech it’s for sears.

Called in the morning and repair technician arrived early afternoon. Discussed problems and concerns and repair didn’t take long once machine was disassembled enough to find problem.

Harold did not come to my house. He did not try to contact me and said that the repair was done. I got emails saying work was done that was not done. Zero stars would be better review

Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained why the unit could not be repaired (parts not available) and what was wrong with the unit.
