Matt was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Took care of my leaking fridge quickly. He even ordered the correct filters for me on my phone. Rescheduled appt. and came back to install water filter and check everything was good too! He gave EXCELLENT customer service!

Technician did not show. A nightmare working with this company. They claim they completed job and sent invoice when no one has been to my home. Update: we called and another appointment was scheduled for today from 8-3pm. The last update said he would arrive at 7pm tonight. And he no showed again. Not sure how this is acceptable. Total of 3 days now waiting. What can be done?

Bryan, the original tech did not actually troubleshoot the issue. Just wanted to throw parts at it... one at a time... one week between appointments. This company is a joke, tech was almost worse than the AI customer service. The final tech, Johnathan was pretty good though. He took the time to understand what had happened so far and assure me he would get it fixed.

Communication before service was great. Technician arrived on time and very personable and promptly diagnosed my issue. Good experience!

Our original service date was 10/20/2025, and we have now been forced to submit four, now FIVE, additional service requests because the issue was never actually fixed. Then, during the service request opened 12/29/2025, NO SEARS PRO SHOWED UP AT ALL, yet it was magically closed as “service complete.” That is absurd. Sears pulled a no-call, no-show for every single scheduled appointment under that request: 1/2/26, 1/7/26 (AM), 1/7/26 (PM), 1/9/26, 1/13/26, AND NOW 1/24/2026. Not one technician came to our home. Instead, the assigned “pro,” JAMIEL S, blatantly falsified documentation, NOW TWICE, claiming he showed up, repaired our refrigerator, and completed the service. That never happened, not once. Beyond the obvious dishonesty, this has become a health and safety issue. I am a Type 1 D
