Todd was very professional and courteous. He knew what the issue was an corrected it all while answering my questions about how to avoid the problem in the future. Todd is a seasoned professional who is confident in his ability to get the repair done effectively and efficiently.
Michael was the greatest Technition I ever had. He is a wonderful person and got my stove working but it took him about three hours and he was only allowed at 1/2 an hour.
Today was great… because I got my washer fixed after 42 days! My last appt was a no show, no call, no nothing…. Def not looking forward to having to use it again. Rethinking American homeshield ….
