Sears Appliance Repair

I understood the diagnostic fee of $129. He removed the back of the freezer to show me the fan was not blowing, and I asked him to change the water filter while he was here (I already had the new filter) and since I was paying the $129. He accidently broke off the handle. I already ordered another one and replaced it. Just another added cost. He told me it was cost $689 to replace the part. I looked up the part, it is under $20. I did not want him to order it for me, yet I was still charged $50 over the diagnostic fee for him to diagnose it. I am very unhappy with that extra charge. He seemed like a nice person. I assume he is only doing what Sears is making him do. edit- I just now saw your reply about contacting you. Please give me the contact info.
