Mehrdad replaced the compressor on my 2016 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. I quickly told him the symptoms, and I could tell he knew what the problem was in an instant. He ran a couple tests and confirmed the compressor was bad. He gave me 2 quotes and I decided to have him replace the compressor. Mehrdad, explained everything he would do, before, during, and after the repair. I have 36 years in the Electronic Security Industry. Most of my time was spent as a Lead Technician. I could tell that Mehrdad was much like me and found that he had 18 years experience. He even received a call from another Tech that needed help and Mehrdad knew from experience, exactly how to quickly give the Tech support his Teammate needed to complete their job. Our service person, Mehrdad, was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of our washing machine and dryer. He not only fixed our issue but made several suggestions to help our appliances run at peak performance. We will ask for him specifically if and when we have more appliance issues.

This is a mixed review. I was booked for the 5th of January, was asked 4 separate times what my model was, I sent it. I got numerous reminders about me being there for my appointment, from 8 am to 3 pm and if I didn't reply to each "reminder", then my appointment would be canceled. THEN you guys were aNo Show. I waited all day, tried to call, called AHS and complained, but they (you guys) had already moved my appointment to the 14th of January. Don the tech that came out (which Sears said he was supposed to of been here on the 5th) checked my dishwasher out, after everything he put it through, he came to the conclusion that the "mother board" was out. The guy who came in for Washer inspection/repair appeared a bit lost. He was going back and forth on his statements. He appeared not confident and unskilled. I asked him Will he do maintenance today- in the same session. At first he said they don’t do it the same day. He was not so interested in knowing the issue. I kept saying the error code was SC, to which he kept mumbling something to himself. And then he kept asking me what C’ was the error? Weird. Then he looked up online and then suggested it might be drain pump clogged, etc. And gave me a quote for repair just today. I said I will need time to decide that. I said him how do I make payment, he said I could do online with the link that I would be send and bid him by out of the door. He came knocking back asking me to the payment righ

I booked an appointment from 1 to 5 pm on December 2, 2025 to repair my Kenmore dryer. They did not make it to the appointment. I did not receive a notice of any kind that they would make it. Finally, I noticed that I was the next stop and they would be coming about 7:30 pm. At that point I rescheduled the appointment for the next day. They did come the next day, but again their was little or no real communication, until the repair technician called me and said he was on his way. After all that it was deteremined that it would cost over $400.00 to repair my dryer and that the repair parts would need to be ordered and another trip scheduled. I decided to purchase a new one. The virtual scheduling is fine. However, put a human in the process so customers can have some one to talk to
