Sears Appliance Repair

I was so happy to see Theo after several failed appointments! He did what needed to be done and explained why my washer was draining water! He also helped me understand how to prevent in the future. Thank you Theo!

Sears repair tech, Edward, seemed friendly and appeared to be experienced, but he wore no mask or shoe coverings. His heavy open mouthed breathing, which appeared to be due to his weight, concerned me. He identified the problem with our dishwasher immediately and ordered the replacement part. He returned the next week and before he started, I asked if he needed the water shut off in the basement. He said it was already off, which it was. When he unhooked the dishwasher hose water began pouring out and he didn’t know what to do. He was laying on the floor and had a very difficult time maneuvering. I asked again if the valve needed to be shut and he said yes. I ran to the basement where water was pouring down from the kitchen and turned the lever to the opposite position thinking maybe what

Very good service!!! Tech Frank arrived on time and completed repair quickly. No mess or issues encountered. My snow thrower is like new!!!!! Thank you Sears. It pays to have appliance warranties!!!

The service gentleman was very professional and tried his best to fix the ice machine, however Samsung no longer makes the part I need for a refrigerator that is only one year old.
