Sears Appliance Repair

The service received was fantastic!! Latwan H. was here, recognized the problem quickly with my dryer, fixed it, and it was back in operation within 15 minutes. He was very informative, professional, and kind. Saved us lots of money as the fee was very reasonable!! I also found out that the service comes with a 30 day guarantee. Wow!! Bang for the buck!! Would definitely recommend to others, and will keep my ear pierced to recommend LaTwan. TY!!

He was great to work with! Punctual, helpful in determining the root cause, open and honest and willing to work with insurance company. I would definitely recommend him again!

My rating is solely related to the BOT texts from Sears. 4 separate requests by the BOT to explain the problem with my appliance. I responded to each request stating the LED lamp failure. Sears responded, each time, stating the technician will review the problem and prepare for the repair. Well my technician came, looked at the appliance, then had to order the lamp. This required another appointment....and another day of sitting at home waiting from 8 am to 5 pm. Sears A/E needs to do better!

My washing machine wouldn’t drain. Rudy came by and got it drained for us. He was on time, very friendly, and patient in explaining what had happened. Great guy

The technician arrived in an unmarked car, did not call, text or knock on my door and drove away saying I wasn’t home. I waited 3.5hrs to watch him look at me while he drove away.
