I wish I could give ZERO stars. These people are the absolute WORST. They have been to my house FOUR TIMES - each time with a different assessment. On the THIRD visit, they sent a repair person who wasn't even trained in refrigeration and he didn't have the right tools for the job. The person they sent on the fourth visit diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and now they have either CANCELLED or just been a NO CALL/NO SHOW THREE TIMES. I have been almost 1 full month without a working refrigerator and there's not a single live body I can reach to help me. DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I wish I wasn't stuck with them based on my home warranty. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. AS AN UPDATE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: the phone number they provide is the same automated number that doesn't all

I've waited for over 9 hours to hear from a technician. I keep getting the AI run around. Used to be Sears Appliance Repair was the best. Now, I would have to say...Not so much. What a horrible experience. No updates, no calls, no nothing. I would give zero stars if I could

Appointment was 8a-5p today. No one ever showed or called. Tried to call and it’s only assisted thru AI. This company should be removed from Google search.

If I could give zero stars I would. No customer support whatsoever, technicians do not fix problems, and they only respond to times that are convenient for them not the customer. Do not waste your time with this company. Do not block out an entire day because they will end up canceling on you if it doesn’t benefit them.

There’s no way to reach a person! My appointment has been changed now. This will be to my third appointment and I still have not heard from them and I can’t reach them! They just keep sending texts and canceling my appointments and moving it forward but you can’t reach them so be careful.
