Sears Appliance Repair

I am rating the technician Donald 5 stars as he was professional and polite. He completed the repair properly. If I had to rate Sears Home Services I would give you zero stars. I had a confirmed appointment for Tuesday and no one showed. Your annoying AI service sent me a cancellation at 2 minutes to 5. I had to take a day off from work to sit and wait. Work was finally completed 2 days later after I took off a second day. It is impossible to reach a live person through any phone number, the automated phone system is extremely annoying and does not provide any level of customer service. Not happy at all with Sears Home Services.

The series technician did a great job. They were well informed about the job that needed to be done, very informative as they updated also, what they were doing and very consultative about what options we had.

Steven, the technician was awesome. He fixed my fridge after another company claimed to fix it and didn't. He also cleaned out the bottom of my freezer as it's hard to get to it without taking off the doors. I was so grateful!

The visit was useless. The tech could have told me over the phone that my dryer was.too old and couldn't be repaired. He wasted my time, waiting all day for him, and my money, charged $139 for 5 minutes of him looking at my dryer.

David is awesome as usual. He does a great job. I'm happy to see him every time.
