Awful experience. Your technician installed new hardware but when I replicated the same malfunctions he refused to acknowledge the situation and simply walked out, leaving me with the same problem and all the e-waste and trash he left behind.

Saied provided exceptional service. He efficiently determined the cause of our electrical issue and promptly repaired the problem with a durable, professional solution. We’re very happy with Saied’s care and the quality of his work.

Gave a screenshot of the error code as requested when making the appointment so they would know what was wrong with my oven before coming out. Service tech did not show up with parts, but just showed up to give me a quote of over 1K. He didn't do anything other than type up a quote, which cost me $129 for the service call. A waste of my time. He said he had to order parts and come back with two people to pull the oven out and repair it, which is a joke. They have these things called appliance jacks for this scenario. I built my own and pulled the double oven out myself. Didn't need two people. Time to build my own, about 1 hr. Time to remove the double oven, about 3 minutes. Parts, about $200. What a rip off. This should have been a 2 hr repair for one person. Won't be callin

Sayed was awesome. I really appreciated being first stop for service and he was thorough with trying to find the source of the problem. He also assured me that he would make sure that the warranty company would get informed of the issue to hopefully expedite the resolution.

The work conducted by Sayed Faroz and another technician that accompanied him was excellent. He first visited last week and needed to order parts that were delivered to our home. On both occasions he arrived on time and was very professional !!
