Richard helped me repair my washing machine. He was very kind, thorough, communicative, and timely! Back to washing clothes within a week!
The repair tech was great. He was here on time, he was polite and he had the new belt on the clothes dryer in about 30 minutes max. The new belt cost $32. I was charged over $300 for a little over 1 hour labor including the drive here, the repair and the trip back. Total bill was $378 for 30 minutes onsite. That is ridiculous!!!
He was very patient and shared some good tips about how to get the best use of my dishwasher.
Frank was awesome! We could not be happier with his professional service and conduct.
The process of scheduling a diagnostic evaluation and the repair was easy. Frank did an excellent job and was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luckily, the part was overnighted and I only spent 2 1/2 days without a working refrigerator. Thanks!
