We had an excellent experience working with Noam at Seattle Builds. He had great input and helped us get an overall better result, making great suggestions along the way but also keeping things practical. We had our house resided, soffits replaced, and insulation updates. Everything was to our satisfaction or beyond. I worked with Noam to do an overhaul of the siding, trim, and gutters on my Ballard craftsman home. I am one of *those people* -- I'm very particular, know what I want, and have high standards. Noam and his team didn't stop work on the project until I was completely satisfied, including a number of very nit-picky items on the punch list. Noam was also extremely helpful when a contractor I hired to do a roofing project threw an electrical issue at me that their referred electrician estimated would cost $9K to fix. We are so pleased with the work Noam and his team has done, replacing the siding of our house and 2x4’s that bordered our bathroom wall that had water damage. We were pressed for time and Noam and his team arrived earlier than scheduled and finished the work quicker than expected. Additionally, to help us save some money, Noam gave us tips on how to demo the bathroom ourselves (as we’re remodeling it due to the water damage) and his team hauled out all the demo garbage from our bathroom, including our bathtub.
