I really liked working with this company. My property is in Ashford but they serviced it with no problems. From the very first call, they were very responsive, respected my schedule and explained everything in best detail. The job itself was done very quickly and without any damage. Will definitely work with them in the future.

We had a two-zone mini-split system installed by two of the nicest, hard working and competent fellas. It works well and I'm glad we contacted Seattle Heating. BTW They totally cleaned up afterward and took time to explain how the system worked before they left. I am a grateful and satisfied customer!

The company communicated professionally as to when they would be out to install the new hvac unit. The installers were skilled and knowledgeable. They cleaned up when finished. I was very satisfied.

They installed a Heat Pump, replaced the Furnace and installed a Smart Thermostat. They were very professional and proficient in their work. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with these guys! Scheduling a date for a service on my LG mini split was difficult at first, but I believe they were struggling with some staffing issues. I could tell they truly cared about how this affected me and were doing their best. It was clear they care about customer service and make it a priority to make sure you have a good experience. The service techs that came out to do the work were great. They answered all my questions kindly, understanding my concerns and thoughts and taking them seriously. The whole effort took just about an hour and someone from the office even called to check in and let me know what they were going to do before they left the job. My mini split has been working great since then and I have no complaints!
