The first time we used this company, Andriy had no idea what was wrong with our washer. Was looking up videos and texting other people. Ended up saying we'd just have to get a new washer but still charged us $79 for doing nothing. Fast forward 10 months and we scheduled them again (forgetting it was the same company) for a dryer repair. He was late but at least he quickly learned the problem was the bearings and had the parts to replace it. Very thankful that he fixed the dryer, but it ended up costing $295, which seems pretty steep, seeing as the whole dryer was like $500-700. I'm also just not a huge fan of paying for professional services through Venmo. It wasn't the best experience, but to top it off, the next day we found he put a bunch of lint and gunk in the toilet! After Sears was a no-show twice, they had the gall to say they did not have another appt. until May 3rd. I called these guys randomly. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They said they could come out the same day, which they did. They were very professional through the whole process. They were great at communicating what they were doing. Even the price was very reasonable. A big thank you to them, and I will be back!

I was able to get a technician out the day after I first called. Diagnoses was fast and the appointment for repair was set by the end of the day! Repair was very well priced and efficiently executed! This was especially exciting since other companies said they couldn't fix a wine fridge.

Andriy was punctual, responsive, and helpful. He diagnosed & explained to us the likely problem with our refrigerator/freezer -- and solved the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend!
