Quick, helpful, efficient. Came within 10 minutes of initial call. Steve was professional, had all the tools, and made sure to leave our doorknob completely in tact. Thank goodness because we are renting and someone less experienced could’ve ruined our lock. It took Steve less than 30 minutes from time of call to a successful unlocking. Thanks Steve! Great experience with this locksmith when my bathroom door got permanently locked and I broke it trying to remove it myself. They were very knowledgeable over the phone and in-person, were able to schedule a visit promptly, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Got the lock off without damaging the door, so we can still install a new one.
