Highly recommend this company for any stone work you have. We got a very reasonable estimate for repairing a stonewall in front of our townhome in DC. The work was impeccable and done in two days. It was a wonderful experience after some horrible experiences with contractors over the years in the DMV area.

Serra Stone did a great job demolishing our old disintegrating driveway and replacing it with semi-permeable paving stones. The whole thing took about a week. They put down several layers of gravel to provide stability and drainage, and then the paving stones went on top. It looks great. The cost was $10K. I honestly don't know how good a value that is, as I didn't shop around very much.

I had the pleasure of working with Serra Stone to build a small retaining wall that is an extension of an existing wall. David Jacinto was the representative and project manager who viewed the site, created the proposal and estimate, and oversaw the work. At every step of the process David was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a very good sense of design for creating a wall that not only matched the 20-year-old existing wall, but also aesthetically crafted a natural transition connecting the two walls (old and new) where the new wall started at a higher level, uphill from the existing wall.
