Unethical company that caused a lot of unnecessary damage to our house during water mitigation. They claim to work with the state to assist homeowners with their claims and save them money. Unfortunately they caused more damage to bill the insurance company and then to give you estimate for rebuilding for thousands of dollars. Stay away from them.

Had a flood at my apartment and they saved me. Got all my stuff back nicer than it was before in no time. Hopefully I never need to use them again but know who to call if i do.

Would not do business with this company Nor would I or we refer them refer them to anyone they are very dishonest and not up front about their ways their employees or their services they treat there employees with disrespect and do not supply them with protective appeal for the job. Send them into dangerous locations and have no regard for employee safety and dis regard for customer property. Owner/ Manager Steve Lilly is a very rude and disrespectful person and doesn't get back to anyone and is always to busy to attend to any problems or issues. Very entrusting Company and very careless and none caring for the employees. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Terrible customer service. Call repeatedly not returned. Different teams sent on incorrect days, causing delays. Recommended affiliates were overpriced and took advantage of struggling customers.
