ServiceMaster Recovery on Demand

I live in Conway, SC and as you may or may not know, some houses, when they were built, instead of making a little extra room the put the hot water tanks in the ceiling...which is where mine is. Well it leaked out of the pan under it and I have water damage to ceiling, walls & base boards, cabinets, flooring & carpet. Its a mess. Well I chose Service master to do this cleanup. They sent Jason Koger to help me. What a sweet, kind human being he is. He ran the show here with kindness, experience, swiftness and always checked on me. I cant say enough good things about this young man. Service Master, thank you for hiring such great people to work for your company. I will always refer you if anyone is in need of your services. Thank you Jason for being professional and caring at the same time.

Jason and Brandon did a fantastic job remediating a flooding issue under our LVP floor and cabinets caused by our dishwasher. This was a multi-day process that included the weekend. They were successful in their effort. Bummer of a situation but their response was tremendous!

I called the Charleston office on Saturday, Aug 23rd. They said Jason from Myrtle Beach would be calling me and he called very promptly. He came to our home within an hour or two. He came or called everyday from that time to Saturday, August 30. We had extensive damage that totally overwhelmed me. Jason was very professional and confident of what he was doing. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. He earned my complete trust almost immediately. He made sure everything was dried out before he had me sign stating the job was completed. I highly recommend him to all my Edgewater neighbors and to you. He is a wonderful young man who knows what he is doing and whose word means something to him.
