I purchased a new HVAC system from this company two years ago and was told that I will be able to save so much on electricity with this system. I had nothing but trouble with this unit. It did not heat the store in the winter and my electric bill tripled in cost. Every time I call the company they want to charge me $300 to come out to find what the problem is. Now with the weather getting warmer the AC unit is not cooling the place. I paid a huge amount of money for this system to have a peace of mind but all I got back is a big headache. This company doesn't know what customer service is all about. All what they care about is who to sell the next system to
They don't pay their bills! We did a job for them over a year ago and have yet to be paid.
