We initially contacted Servpro to come out to give us a quote. Since our home was on the market we had been planning to do everything out of pocket in hopes it would help speed up the process prior to our buyer’s closing date. The appointment for the estimate was scheduled. Once the Servpro technician arrived at our property there was nothing but confusion and a lack of communication from the start. Used Servpro to remediate and restore my basement when a pipe broke and required a complete gut and redo for 80% of the basement. The team at Servpro were excellent to work with and were quick and efficient. Kevin and Lubor completed the rehab and were awesome. Not only did they make great recommendations for materials but they also took care of our home as if it was their own. I would certainly use their services again.

July 10, 2025 I contacted ServPro regarding a broken pipe, they advised have it fixed and email them a paid invoice. I reached out July 11, advising the pipe was fixed and needed an email address to send the invoice to. It took a full 48 hours just to get the email address. They called me back July 14, advised they received the paid invoice and told me they would call that afternoon to schedule a visit to see the damage. No call came that day so I called the next morning and was told they were busy and it would probably be Tuesday the 22nd before they could schedule a time. Today is July 31st and I still have not received a call to schedule that first visit. Thankfully I called a competitor and they scheduled their first visit within 48 hours although they were just as busy and repairs a
