SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin

This is a recommendation for Servpro of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin. We discovered we had a leak that had gotten under the flooring in our kitchen. We called our local servpro and they responded two technicians the next morning to take care of the situation and to mitigate the effects of the water leakage. Antwan Powell and Ben Lutz arrived at the agreed time in the morning they did preliminary test with equipment that would tell them the status of the flooding and conditions that were unseen to us. After gathering information they started by removing our flooring and the subflooring showing us all of the puddles of water under the flooring in our kitchen. This process required them to to move the refrigerator, oven and the dishwasher, all of this was handled smoothly and with no problems.

So far so good. The fans are noisy but that's to be expected with having to dry out everything. The work crew has been very helpful and professional.

After having a dishwasher leak that destroyed my flooring in the dining room and kitchen, I contacted SERVPRO. Antwan and his Team came out and immediately assessed the situation and started to work. The mitigation team did a thorough job assessing our damage. Thankfully it was limited but still required attention. Antoine was very attentive to detail and noticed the original dehumidifier wasn't doing the job and switched to a larger one. He and Ben instilled confidence that the mitigation was going to be done right and it was. I was very happy with their work and they were very professional and pleasant.

We had an electrical/ refrigerator water line leek undetected. There was a lot of water damage.our insurance company recommend Servpro. They told ALL the stress off me. Cleaned up the damage and repaired floor, cabinet, wall and wiring even the office ladies were there to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. We could not have asked for a company to be more professional, compassionate, courteous, and the crew hired for the repairs ( JOC) were above and beyond. Thank you for all you did!
