Didn't complete requested work - Caused a leaking toilet - Had to redo their work myself. The 3 foot by 4 foot bathroom floor was to be replaced because of known water damage. When the team finally arrived they informed me that the subfloor was damaged too, although they never removed the existing flooring that was in bad shape. The employees called Steve to come see the floor and he had the team cover the existing floor against my protests. They placed another subfloor ON TOP and ended up raising the floor over an inch. Not only was a damaged subfloor and the existing floor still underneath, but now the toilet was not seated properly because the floor was too high. Steve and his crew did a great job. They replaced my windows promptly and they look gorgeous. The whole process was super straight forward and simple.

Do not use this company. They charged our HOA $6k for work that 2 guys did in about 10 hours. They also tried to charge us for scaffolding which they didn’t even use. They got mortar in my a/c unit and they have not done anything about it. The work that was done could have been done for about $1500. Never use them for anything.
