Shady tree service

Hired these guys to come take down 2 trees. 1 big maple that was dying and dropping limbs, and a tall pine on the property line that was dead. I wanted to give the small local business a shot, and their price was fair compared to 2 other quotes I received. The lady on the phone (Cindy) was very kind and pleasant. She set up a time for William to come out, he was on time and gave me a quote. Cindy called back with a date. Cindy called again, they had to reschedule a few days before because of a lot of rain. No problem, after a few more days Cindy called again to reschedule a date. They showed up on time and said they were a bit short staffed.
