The company’s service team provides weekly service maintaining our pool crystal clear even in the difficult fall leaf season. Professional, reliable and most importantly, great communication. Highly Recommend!

Be warned, Shaw pools let my pool turn green, see below. My chlorinator was empty due to chlorine tablet shortage, and they said nothing to warn me. They just added another pound of shock to try and get me thru the week. I made one call to Leslie's pools and picked up a 20lb bucket of chlorine tablets. Very frustrating 😕

I wish there was a zero star review. He provided us with an estimate then refused to move forward with it saying something feels off? He wanted credit card on file which is not something we were comfortable with but then he just straight up declined to work on it saying something feels off.

Shaw Pools was highly recommended by our neighbor. Contacted them for urgent assistance. They started service for me immediately. Couldn't be happier. Service schedule has been consistent, pool cleaning has been exceptional with a receipt for work completed after every visit. Based on my experience, I am extending that "highly recommended" message to anyone looking for a great pool service company and experience in the Flower Mound vicinity.

Outstanding experience. If you need any kind of pool or pump related repairs, look no further. Up front and good prices. I was able to send a video of the issue with my pump and received a quote within 30 minutes. Technician fixed it the next day!
