Shenandoah Cabinets

If I could give a negative score I would! Zero quality control, the inside of my cabinets have gouges, the stain is splotchy at best, the top of one cabinet came unfinished! The local rep informed me all cabinets have an outside finish rating and inside finish rating, mine all fall within industry standard guidelines and why does it matter if the top is finished you don’t see it!!! IKEA has better quality than this company!!

Cheap contractor grade cabinets that I purchased through Lowe’s. Lots of random marks across all of the cabinets. Shelves were of poor quality and the veneer covering was actually peeling off. See attached pictures. Can’t believe that there’s no quality control. Overall a disappointing purchase.

I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase. While my experience hasn’t been as severe as some of the other reviewers, I am still disappointed. I purchased cabinets from this company within the past year whose color has already been discontinued. I understand that companies update their product lines from time to time. However, when I contacted customer service simply to ask if there was any remaining inventory in the color I needed, I was told that they only manufacture cabinets by custom order and therefore did not have any excess inventory. I was also informed that while they are able to reproduce discontinued colors for warranty claims, they refused to do so for my non-warranty request. Do Not get your cabinets from this company they do not stand by their products. They delivered me damaged cabinets and 5 months later the top layers are coming off. Poor quality even if you upgrade to a better quality wood product. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to waste your time and money. I wish I would have known.

The cabinets are not worth the money spent. So many scratches and chips, draw rails missing screws. Double oven cabinet didn’t fit our oven’s even when I provided oven specs. New cabinet will cause my oven’s to be too low to the floor. Microwave cabinet damaged. Now waiting on replacements. We paid for solid wood cabinets but that is not what we received. No response from Shenandoah. Which is par for the course with manufacturers. This has delayed our home construction by at least a month or more. This was the biggest waste of $13k especially with the cost of materials these days. I will never buy from this company again and probably won’t ever buy from Lowe’s either.
