Ashley was very professional in his work. He installed a new Amana central air this time. He did perfect for me. Not one complaint. He Has also did water heater and a furnace for me. His work is nothing but the best. I've always been pleased. Thank u Ashley!!!!!

Shepard & Shepard came promptly when I needed a new sewer line installed earlier this year, and again when I needed my furnace serviced. Employees are efficient, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!

We recently had our first grandbaby and found out our children's sink was leaking. We called Ashley up and not only did he get on it right away, him and his crew knocked it out the same day with excellent craftsmanship. Cannot thank them enough! highly recommend giving them a call the next time you need anything plumbing or hvac done!

Got a furnace, water heater, and drain work done. Already had to have Mattex fix all of them. Less than a year. They don't contact you back, never apologize, and their work is terrible. Please save yourself the headache and just contact any other business...even doing it yourself has to be better than this. UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT. Also, why do they have two different google accounts. hmm. probably because they had such a low review score on the other.

When my dad worked for this company many years ago they would travel to do repairs. When I called they acted like they could not be bothered because we do not live in Mattoon. Very sad
