I just saw the most discusting customer service experience to an olderly customer. It is so shameful that sales associates talk to our elderly like that 🥺 The customer walked out and said they were going back to Lowe's 🤣 I would never want my parent or grandparent to be treated in that way. Negative vibes!

Hickory Sherwin William's is great. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. I had them make up 10 gallons of paint and I had the wrong color. 1 gallon at a time they are changing the color for me and they made the color change perfect. Saved me $300 I was going to have to eat. Also, David Blair is an awesome sales rep and has saved me thousands of dollars on paint. Sherwin William's paint is hands down the best out there. I highly recommend these guys
